Vitamin for the Mind - Vol 110625

More often than not, the hardest part of any challenge is the mental pushback we create. That barrier exists only because we allow it to—and we can dissolve it the moment we decide to.

There’s nothing intrinsically taxing about rising at 5 AM and join the 5-AM Club. Once you let go of the inner tug-of-war and commit fully, the routine shifts from a chore to something you genuinely look forward to.

That internal resistance is real and can feel overwhelming—but it’s under your control. When you recognize that a task is necessary or beneficial, you have the power to release that friction and move forward.

Feelings like fear, frustration, boredom, or indifference are just signals you can choose to reinterpret or replace. Instead of letting hesitation generate excuses, channel your focused energy into deliberate action. Prioritize your goals over the inertia of doubt.

Don’t stand in your own way. When you let go of resistance, you make room for your true potential—and for a life driven by purpose and momentum.
